Tasman Health & Herbs Limited operates from New Zealand. Our contact details can be seen here. All products are shown and billed in New Zealand dollars. By purchasing products from Tasman Health & Herbs Limited or using this website the purchaser ("customer"), agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

Online Security

Our website is hosted by SquareSpace and uses their secure payment system, Stripe. This Hosted Payments system is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a method of ensuring that information submitted through our website is secure and cannot be accessed by unauthorised users. When a website offers an SSL-secured form, the information submitted via that form (typically credit card information) is encrypted using a special certificate key and then decrypted with another key after it has been transmitted. When you access a website secured with SSL using your browser, a symbol displays in your browser windows indicating that the site is secure.


All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars and are GST inclusive. The name that will appear on cardholder/bank statements will be Tasman Health & Herbs Limited.

Delivery Estimates

All orders sent within New Zealand are targeted for delivery between 3 and 5 working days.

Tasman Health & Herbs Limited makes every practical effort to ensure that delivery timeframes given are accurate. However, the delivery times stated assume that there are no unforeseen events. By placing an order, you agree not to hold Tasman Health & Herbs Limited liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.


If an order is found to be mis-addressed by Tasman Health & Herbs Limited then we will be responsible for the redelivery, replacement or refunding of the item(s). If the customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then Tasman Health & Herbs Limited will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us at Tasman Health & Herbs Limited and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction.

If you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will consider offering a refund or exchange the goods for other items.

Please Note:

  • We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence with our sales team, details here .
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods.
  • All returned goods must be sent to Tasman Health & Herbs Limited.
  • The original invoice/receipt must accompany the returned item.
  • We can only accept items returned if they are within their original packaging.
  • Courier/airmail and/or credit card charges will not be refunded.
  • We will not refund your return courier/airmail costs.
  • We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon receipt.

Receiving a Refund

Once your orders has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise authorised by the Directors at Tasman Health & Herbs Limited, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card, including GST where applicable, but excluding courier/airmail charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Tasman Health & Herbs Limited.

Only items which Tasman Health & Herbs Limited can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a refund or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above, unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by Tasman Health & Herbs Limited. If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss next steps. Tasman Health & Herbs Limited reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged.

New Zealand Law

Any goods supplied or sold by Tasman Health & Herbs Limited, are sold or supplied under conditions of New Zealand Law.

Please Note:

  • Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
  • The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to business customers (where "business" is as defined by the Act). Business customers agree that where products are purchased for the purpose of a business that the Act does not apply.

You agree that the content you access, view or download and the software used to create it, remains the property of Tasman Health & Herbs Limited as defined by New Zealand and International Intellectual Property Laws, including but not limited to Copyright and Trademark laws. You agree not to modify or alter the content in any way, or make it available to any third parties.
